Darrel Seibert II, J.D.
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Seibert is a founding member of Echelon Senior Living Group, LLC. He possess a B.S.B.A. in Management from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. He has been the CEO of Seibert Enterprises, a land development firm, for over 18 years.
Mr. Seibert has a passion for excellence and oversees the company’s location, acquisition and development of the senior living properties. Darrel was a key principal in the development and funding of the recently built and licensed assisted living and memory care facility in Richfield, OH. The OH facility is exceeding performance and expectations with excellent staff, state of the art technology, and organic food cuisines.
Jeff L. Risner
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Risner shows his passion and pursuit of excellence for staff and senior living residents daily. This was recently shown by exceeding expectations as the Chief of Operations at the at the recently opened and licensed (Jan 2016) Richfield, OH assisted living and memory care facility. With over 25 years experience as a facility director in the senior living industry Mr. Risner will ensure operating efficiencies through his vast experience using best practices from the senior living industry. He is a key member of the selection and design team and will help ensure that new build construction will provide operating efficiencies that focus on the comforts and conveniences of seniors through state of the art intelligent design features. Mr. Risner’s operational vision is to establish Echelon Senior Living Group through the next decades with one goal in mind, “the ultimate senior living experience”. The mission is to create a model of service that will become the new national standard for catered senior living, a model of service excellence that provides for every facet; environmental, social, spiritual, healthcare, and ultimately the want and interests of seniors throughout the aging continuum.
Jill A. Risner
President of Operations
Mrs. Risner’s vision is to “inspire people and enrich lives” through the ultimate senior living experience for Echelon senior living residents. Mrs. Risner has a special place in her heart for seniors and healthcare. Her passion is evident as she oversees the staffing and marketing of the communities and facility operational procedures. She oversees all operational procedures and training for employee development and retention. Mrs. Risner has over 25 years of direct experience in senior living management and marketing. She received many “best facility” awards during her years as a facility director. She is a standout in the senior living industry being recognized as a two-time recipient of a prestigious marketer of the year award from Horizon Bay. She has also been nationally recognized as “Executive of the Year”, leading a property in South Florida through a hurricane, setting up disaster relief while personally living in the community until the community was stabilized. Her dedication to seniors’ is her ultimate calling.
Mark Hemminger
Director of Construction
Mr. Hemminger is responsible for all aspects of Construction, from start to finish. He has excellent working relationships with the Site selection and Design and Engineering teams, as well as coordinating the efforts with the Operations Management team to assure an efficient installation of FF&E and coordination with Marketing and initial staffing.
Mark Hemminger’s firm, Hemminger construction was the General Contractor for the recently opened Richfield, OH facility that opened on time (subject to weather) and within budget. This facility has been lauded for the high quality and finishes provided to its residents.
R. Scott Bunce
Hospitality Partner
Mr. Bunce has a passion for people. He brings 25 years of management experience in all facets of senior living, resort, conference, hotel, and condo/rental management. He has been recognized by his peers for performance excellence in nearly every discipline of the hospitality industry. His operations, sales, marketing, and revenue management experience includes leading multi-unit resorts and hotels where he successfully exceeded profitability, quality, and revenue goals. Mr. Bunce has led a track record of success in city center, conference, mountain and beach locations.
Scott Bunce is the CEO of Epicenter Spark Hospitality. Prior to creating Epicenter-Spark Hospitality, Scott served as VP for Resort Quest International, VP Intrawest Destination Resorts, VP Hilton International, and Vice President of Revenue Management for Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts/Rezidor.
Mr. Bunce is an industry speaking professional, known for excellence as a lecturer, including using his drama scholarship. Scott has guest lectured at several schools, written and delivered sales and revenue management curriculum, including The Hotel School of Gilon Switzerland, and was a regular speaker throughout Europe at IQPC conferences, and a frequent guest speaker, panelist and moderator at several Mountain Travel Symposiums. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University in Michigan.
Stephanie L. Seibert
Digital & Social Marketing Specialist
Ms. Seibert graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a degree in Marketing. After graduation, she dove headfirst into the world of website development, social media marketing, and digital marketing. She started her company, Strategic Social Management, in 2016 and since then has built many websites and rolled out full digital media marketing plans that have resulted in record breaking views and engagement for clients.
Ms. Seibert is adept at keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing. Between her ability to create informed and engaging content, her firm grasp of how to market across all social channels, and her proficiency in search engine optimization, she is able to deliver her clients top-notch and leading edge digital strategy.
